This page explains the data the website collects and how it is used.
Information submitted in forms
Newsletter requests send an email address and an explicit subscription confirmation. Commercial enquiries send a name, email, company, selected product, quantity and market. Do not enter payment-card or other sensitive information in forms.
Use and delivery
This information is used to respond to a commercial enquiry and, when subscription is confirmed, to send email updates. The server sends the form to its configured secure receiver; if it is unavailable, the site offers an email alternative.
Performance data
The site may sample anonymous technical signals: page path, performance-metric name, value and rating. This telemetry does not include form content, email addresses or an advertising profile.
Security and logs
Server logs retain operational fields such as request ID, result code, time and technical status. They do not log form values, email addresses, IP addresses, webhook bodies or headers.
